Nature of the service
Diligencias Legales de Puerto Rico is a court-document service unit operated within the Poindexter Global Intelligence network. It is not a law firm, does not give legal advice and does not represent the parties in the proceedings in which it serves. Servers act under Rule 4.3(a) of the Puerto Rico Rules of Civil Procedure as persons over eighteen who are not parties and have no interest in the action, and under Rule 4(c)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

Submitting the assignment form does not obligate Diligencias Legales de Puerto Rico to serve and does not toll any term. Service is provided only after the attorney's written acceptance of the quotation. Terms of service, including the attempts included in each plan, travel charges and cancellation conditions, are set out in each quotation.

The content of this site, including the texts, the Diligencias Legales de Puerto Rico name and the emblem, belongs to its owners. Quotation with attribution for professional and academic purposes is permitted.
