Information we receive
Through the assignment form we receive attorney and firm data, case data, data on the person to be served and the documents to be served. These data are used exclusively to quote and carry out service, prepare the affidavit and communicate with the attorney.
Transmission and storage
The form is transmitted over an encrypted connection through the FormSubmit service to the firm's assignments mailbox. Field files, including photographs and affidavits, are retained for five years to answer challenges to service and then destroyed, unless the law requires otherwise.
Third-party data
Data on the person to be served are treated as information from a judicial proceeding and used only for the assigned service. They are not sold or shared with anyone outside the Poindexter network and the assigned servers.
Cookies and chat
The site uses no advertising tracking cookies. The live chat service (Chatra) may store a session cookie to maintain the conversation. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
